Pocket CashBook 1.7.1

This application enables users to maintain cash books, expense trackers, and income trackers utilizing the Single-entry bookkeeping system methodology. Users can manage their cash books containing receipts and payments in a preferred currency, and record transactions in expense and income trackers using various currencies.

The app offers a Transactions view to document receipts and/or payments, alongside a Summary view to present a comprehensive report on recorded transactions. Users can input transactions for any date, with the application automatically updating balances and totals accordingly. Each transaction requires the entry of a date, amount, and account head. For additional detail, users may include a partner, narration, quantity, payment method, and classification.

The capability to sort transactions using different criteria is also available.

Users have the option to export a book for a selected date range to an HTML file or export it as an HTML email ready for sending. Additionally, printing a book or receipt is possible if needed.

The application intelligently saves account heads, partners, and payment methods as users type them, and manual addition, editing, or deletion of these elements is achievable through settings. Users can also adjust date formats according to their preferences.

Furthermore, this application operates entirely offline.
